Wellness Specific

What makes floating yoga/pilates unique compared to SUP yoga?

Floating yoga/pilates is similar to SUP yoga (stand-up paddle yoga), but instead of a paddle board, we use sturdy boards designed for stability.

The sound healing instruments are played on land by a soundbath practitioner with a mic, and the vibrations travel beautifully across the water’s surface. This creates a deeply immersive and relaxing experience for the participants.
