At Soulace, we value your commitment to wellness and do our best to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to our community and instructors. Please read our refund guidelines below:
Class Packs & Memberships
- All purchases (single classes, class packs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Expiration dates are fixed and cannot be extended, except in cases of medical conditions (with documentation).
- In special circumstances such as traveling over two weeks, Soulace may provide account credit at their discretion.
Workshops & Events
- Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.
Private & Semi-Private Sessions
- Sessions canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable.
Studio Responsibility
- If Soulace cancels a class, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or credit to your account.
