Soulace Refund Policy

At Soulace, we value your commitment to wellness and do our best to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to our community and instructors. Please read our refund guidelines below:

Class Packs & Memberships

  • All purchases (single classes, class packs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expiration dates are fixed and cannot be extended, except in cases of medical conditions (with documentation).
  • In special circumstances such as traveling over two weeks, Soulace may provide account credit at their discretion.


Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.


Private & Semi-Private Sessions

  • Sessions canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable.


Studio Responsibility

  • If Soulace cancels a class, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or credit to your account.
