Soulace Class Policy

At Soulace, we strive to create a welcoming and mindful space for everyone. To ensure the best possible experience for our community, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below:

Bookings & Cancellations

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform on our website.
  • Cancellations made 12 hours before class will be fully refunded/credited or rescheduled.
  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) and no-shows will be charged in full.


Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in. Late arrivals will be permitted to join only up to 10 minutes after class begins.
  • Check in with our front desk before entering the practice space.


Studio Etiquette

  • Phones must be on silent and stored away during class.
  • Kindly respect the quiet, meditative atmosphere of Soulace.
  • Please clean and return mats/props after use.


Health & Safety

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class.
  • If you feel unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session.
  • Grip socks are required for Pilates equipment classes; yoga classes are barefoot.


Packages & Memberships

  • Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Extensions may be granted for medical reasons.
  • Memberships will be frozen for any client travelling more than two weeks.


Private & Semi-Private Sessions

  • Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance depending on the availability of the instructor
  • Reschedules or cancellations require 12 hours’ notice to avoid charges.


Respect & Community

  • Soulace is a safe and inclusive space – please treat our teachers, staff, and fellow practitioners with kindness and respect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or service if policies are repeatedly disregarded.
